2020 Flushing Program to Begin

The City of Hubbard will begin the 2020 Flushing Program of all waterlines maintained by the City of Hubbard. Some of these waterlines are located in Hubbard Township, so please do not be surprised to see us.
This is an E.P.A. requirement that is aimed at keeping the highest quality of water in our system that Hubbard is supplied with.
The flushing will begin on Monday, April 13, 2020. Hours of flushing will be from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Residents may experience some cloudy water during the morning hours, but this will clear shortly.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation for we are always trying to bring our customers the highest quality water possible.
Daniel P. Livingston, City of Hubbard Service Director
