The City of Hubbard is in need of one resident to be appointed to its Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals. The new member will complete the unexpired term of the vacancy, which expires December 31, 2018 and then shall be appointed for a term of five years.
The Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM in City Council Chambers. The board shall conduct hearings to decide zoning appeals and authorize variances. The board will meet only when there are variances to consider.
