The City of Hubbard’s annual leaf pick-up program will begin on Monday, November 1, 2021.  Two (2) leaf removal crews will be conducting the removal efforts.  The east crew will begin in the 1st Ward and work their way into the 4th Ward.  The west crew will begin in the 2nd Ward and work their way into the 3rd Ward.  Please have your leaves raked to the curb – DO NOT place them on the road.
