Welcome to Our Community
A message from Mayor Benjamin A. Kyle
On behalf of the City of Hubbard Administration, City Council, and the entire community, I welcome you to our home—the City of Hubbard Web page. I encourage you to take advantage of the wealth of information available throughout this site. The City of Hubbard has been a thriving Northeastern Ohio community for over 140 years—continually expanding and exploring new frontiers for tomorrow.
Although Hubbard is primarily a residential area, a diverse group of industrial and retail businesses consider themselves an integral piece of our community fabric. Businesses and families alike find Hubbard to be a great place to call home due to our location in the southeast corner of Trumbull County—386 miles west of New York City, 440 miles east of Chicago, and 80 miles from both Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Likewise, entertainment, cultural activities, recreation, and employment are within minutes of our central location along Interstate 80, U.S. Route 62, Ohio Route 7, and State Routes 304 and 616.
Currently, the City of Hubbard is home to nearly 10,000 residents. Each day, new individuals visit our community, and it is my hope that each of those individuals—much like you—will also become a member of the City of Hubbard. Enjoy what lies ahead because Hubbard truly is where opportunity begins!
