Full-Time Police Officer Civil Service Notice
Public notice is hereby given by the Civil Service Commission of Hubbard, OH of a competitive examination for the position of Full-Time Police Officer.
Applications must be made on the regular application form obtainable from the Mayor’s Office at the City of Hubbard Administration Building, 220 W. Liberty St, Hubbard, OH 44425 and must be obtained beginning Monday, October 24, 2022 and filed by Monday, November 14, 2022 at 4PM. Applications can be picked up during normal business hours or on The City of Hubbard under the Civil Service Commission tab or by clicking here Full Time Police Officer Application Packet.
APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 4:00PM ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2022.
Applicants shall be a United States Citizen or person who have legally declared their intentions of becoming US citizens, or possesses a valid permanent resident ID card and must hold a valid motor vehicle license as issued by the State of Ohio.
Applicants also must hold or be eligible to immediately hold a current OPOTA Peace Officer certification/commission by November 19, 2022 in order to participate in the competitive examination process.
All degrees, certifications and credentials must be properly documented and submitted with the applications obtained from the City of Hubbard.
The written test will be administered by |YSU on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at 5:00PM at YSU Cushwa Hall Room B112; 210 Lincoln Ave.; Youngstown, OH 44502.
