Trumbull Community Action Program (TCAP) is assisting households under the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program. The assistance includes water and wastewater disconnections, new service, and transfer of service.

All appointments are by phone due to COVID-19. All clients will be called by a caseworker at the date and time of their appointment. Effective November 1st, 2021, you can call (330) 951-0015 to schedule an appointment. Please provide a valid phone number and stay on the line until you receive a confirmation number. The confirmation number will secure your appointment date and time. We also have call-in days on Monday and Wednesday every week. You can call {330) 393- 2507 Ext 225 starting at 8 am. Time slots are limited.  If you have any additional questions, please call (330) 393-2507 Ext 225.
